Emergency Aid Shipped to Fiji
We are assembling an emergency air shipment of essential medicines and medical supplies for the Savusavu Foundation in Fiji in response to Tropical Cyclone Daphne. News reports indicate that five people have died and at least 8,000 are in need of emergency shelter after the severe flooding and power outages. The emergency shipment to Savusavu Foundation will support three hospitals in the northern part of the country as well as the government-operated Fiji Pharmaceutical & Biomedical Services Centre.
