Speakers include Dr. Felix Nunez (Community Clinics Association of Los Angeles County), Dr. Hezron Mc'Obewa (OGRA Foundation, Kenya), and Dr. Bakht Sarwar (Pakistan Institute of Prosthetics and Orthotic Sciences, Pakistan).
