Our “Tax Return” – Form 990 “Return of Organizations Exempt from Income Tax” – is filed with the Internal Revenue Service; contains financial data from our audit as well as information on our management structure, employee compensation, sources of support and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. Audit Reports
Our basic financial statements (statement of activities, statement of financial position and statement of cash flows) with related footnotes, prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). All forms are in PDF Format.
Annual Reports
Since 2008, Direct Relief International has designated its fiscal year as the period July 1 to June 30. Previously, the fiscal year cycle was April 1 to March 31. An annual report was not produced for 2004, which reflects January 1, 2004 – March 31, 2004, a shortened year. Prior to 2004, Direct Relief used the calendar year as its fiscal year.
