Rugarama Hospital is a private not for profit Hospital situated in Kabale a south western district of Uganda just north of Rwanda; the District population is over 500,000.  The Uganda  under-five mortality rate is at  99 deaths/1,000 live births (2010)  and the Maternal mortality also remains rather high in Uganda at 430 deaths/100,000 live births (2008). Most women die as
