Congratulations to the Katy Trail Community Health Center in Sedalia, MO which recently received national recognition as a patient centered medical home.

Katy Trail received a $50,000 grant from Direct Relief following the Missouri tornadoes last spring, to assist in the purchase of a generator. The installation of an on-site generator will ensure that Katy Trail’s door’s will remain open during future emergencies.
