Direct Relief operates globally to improve health outcomes for people affected by poverty, disaster, and conflict. In addition to its headquarters in California, Direct Relief maintains registered affiliates in Europe and Mexico, and a program office in Puerto Rico. All entities operate under the unified Direct Relief brand and adhere to the same humanitarian mission, governance standards, and commitment to transparency.
