Gordon Willcock

Gordon Willcock serves as Direct Relief's emergency response coordinator. Willcock joined Direct Relief in 2010 after the Haiti earthquake and has deployed globally in response to most major disaster events since then. Before his role at Direct Relief, Willcock coordinated humanitarian response operations along the Thai/Burma border and Kashmir for the Australian-based organization, Access Aid International (AAI). Willcock earned his Ph.D. at the University of Melbourne, his area of expertise being Pakistan and South Asia.
